Yes, that is the infamous Master Grade kit of the RX-78MD Mountain Dew Gundam.
It was well known for being disguised as a giant advertisement, then bursting
forth with its green beam spray gun to take the Zeon Forces by surprise. It was
destroyed during the Battle of Solomon when it got badly shaken from too many
near misses from Rick Doms and the generator overloaded and exploded.
...Or maybe it really IS just a can of Mountain Dew.
