South Shore is probably commuter, and Metra certainly is commuter, so not
covered under the enabling legislation which applies to scheduled revenue
intercity service
(Most normal people would call Michigan City a different city than Chicago
and thus you took an intercity journey, but we arent talking about normal
people, were talking about Congress ... :) )

Well seeing as how they are 60 miles apart and South Bend (which is serviced
by South Shore) is 90 miles from Chicago, Id think they are different
cities. But what do I know?

Like I said... most normal people... youre fairly normal for an AFOL!
Suppose you were an idiot.
And suppose you were a member of Congress.
But I repeat myself.
