Larry, you are correct in saying that very few opinions will be changed
as a result of the debating that is currently raging withing this group.
The reason that I debate isn't that I am interested in converting other
people over to my way of thinking so much as it is a way for me to defend
my views when they are challenged. It is a way for me to validate (at least
to myself) those stances which I have taken and believe in. I feel that I
learn more about myself through the course of these discussions than I learn
about the sparring partner.
With that said, back to the playing field...
