Geordan,
The disclaimer is a legal thing. Simply state on your page that you are in
no way connected to the lego company. If you do a page on bascially any
hobby (movies, music,roleplaying games) you need a disclaimer to keep the
lawyers away.
About the Violence thing. There is a lot of controversy about guns and
the effect of mediaized violence on the population. I believe that the Lego
company has said that they do not and will not make "War Toys" Although
this seems to be a bit hipocritical considering some of the lines that they
have put out (ninja, castle, bionicle, and others).
I think you designs are quite the cool. Not that I would shoot anyone
with them, but the spiders would have to watch out!
