...it used to be my.yahoo.com. Their news and channel services, while hardly
unique, were what attracted me to them in the first place.
Presumably due to my gender and age, I've been subjected to Yahoo's banner ads
for Playboy, Maxim, and some other sex mag, for about a month now. And
discussing the matter with Yahoo's customer service has had no effect
whatsoever. IMHO, in-your-face advertising of porn is *not* conducive to a
family website. So after several less-than-useful e-mail exchanges with
Yahoo, I told them to cancel my account.
