(...) Sorry, it's not a "real" word in formal English. The root word "grok" comes from Robert Heinlein's book Stranger in a Strange Land. It basically means "to understand completely." It seems the folks on JLUG have adopted the term as one of their (...) (18 years ago, 23-Nov-06, to lugnet.off-topic.debate)
