I wasn't meaning that wouldn't be lawsuit material in todays world. I
was meaning it shouldn't be lawsuit material. At least in todays world
of holdups etc. his actions were NOT unreasonable. He also never AIMED
the gun at me (just made it obvious he was concerned, and probably ready
to use the gun).
Yes, he should have tried to deal with the situation without the gun (if
he had been the least bit responsive to my concerns I would have calmed
down - I wasn't that upset, really just that sort of cranky upset that
is easy to slip into when exhausted).
