The only funny thing about the post is that the first comment corrected him to
say LEGO and not LEGOS.

As for the act itself, it seems it is brought to us by some of my LEAST favorite
senators:

Mr. HATCH (for himself, Mr. LEAHY, Mr. FRIST, Mr. DASCHLE, Mr. GRAHAM
