Looks like you were wrong ;) Im anxiously awaiting our own federal election
some time later this year. What with that, a US election in Nov, and Tony
Blair showing a bit of spirit, maybe the world will seem a different place
next year.
Then again, maybe not.

Yep, just got back from camping and I sees that the Lie-berals managed to squeak
thru. Now with the wonderfulness that is a minority govt, Canada can
possibly look forward to another election within two years (the longest minority
govt in Canada lasted 18 months, iirc)
Anyway, the only good thing with Martin in charge(ish) is that we wont throw
our hats in with the US administration.
Liberals in cahoots with the New Democratic Party... a very socialist Canada can
only be the result. Libertarians must be fleeing Canada.
