Not really--you cant debate with someone who is not willing to listen, or at
worst, delusional. So on this particular debate, were done.

Okay, and I am delusional because I trust in the wisdom of Thomas Jefferson
and the whole of the Founding Fathers of my country? Who knew?!
Do you know what the word delusional means? It can be defined as: a false
belief strongly held in spite of invalidating evidence. You dont have
invalidating evidence, you have strong opinions and the hopes of a better
world than the one we probably have. I have equally strong opinions, but the
cynicism of a world view that is less hopeful than your own. But hey, I want to
someday arrive in your world, Im just not sure how to get there from here.
In your world I guess everything is hunky-dory. My world recognizes that people
are actually tortured every day all over the world, and that in the main the
people committing these atrocities are using techniques perfected by the CIA.
Dont believe it, go to the Amnesty International site and do a little reading
around there and see if you find it so easily to dismiss the existence of the
worlds torture network.
Delusional? To the contrary, I think my problem is that I see things all too
clearly, and it doesnt make for a pretty picture to hang over the sofa. Sorry.
