I see a severe problem with his terms for armed passengers. He said a
passenger should have a CCW permit. Great for states that easily allow
*lawful citizens* to get them, but not so great for the many states that make
it near impossible for *lawful citizens* to get them.
Of course, it might change some state lawmaker's minds on CCWs if flights
coming out of their airports are targetted by terrorists because they know the
chances of having an armed passenger on them is lower.
This doesn't even begin to cover overseas incoming flights, of course, as that
is a bigger can of worms.
