In my afternoon class my only absence was a student of Middle Eastern
background. Perhaps it was only coincidence, but it is quite possible he
didn't feel secure about coming to school today.
I too hope people keep their heads about this and remember that it is a small
handful of people who are so fanatical in their beliefs that they feel they can
justify heinous acts on others for the sake of their cause. And that fanatics
are not confined to a particular race or religion.
I'm not angry. I'm still too incredulous.
