lol, sorry if I came across like that, I was just wishing that mine was not
as high as it is. I have a one bedroom apt, so I know my bill is less than
many others, so I do feel lucky for that.

True, but your state will follow soon, Cali just got to the point faster
than yours, and others have.

It looks like Cali is going to get no help from Mr. Bush, he said it is
Cali's problem and they need to deal with it... I wonder if he would have
said that if he won this state, or even came close to winning it!
