Obviously I could buy from overseas, but the attraction of clone brands is
the price and that price advantage can go away if you have to spend a
fortune on shipping from overseas.

I've seen some others, mainly in Woolworths/Big W, small toyshops and "Crazy
Discount" type stores. Except for the curio-factor, don't bother. They're
invariably rubbish: poor manufacture, poor tolerances, poor plastic and all
but non-existent set designs. If you just want bricks, go for Lego or even
(shudder) MB Basic buckets on discount.
