Hi all.

Just wanted to see if anyone has ever heard of building blocks called "The
Little Architect"? They're not really Lego clones, as they have a quite
different method of sticking together, but I thought I'd ask here anyway. They
have a display at Chadstone shopping centre at the moment.

Apparently, they're made in Highett (Vic, Aus). They seem to be aimed more
towards the younger kids. They say 3+, I guess probably up to about 9 or 10.
The connection method allows you to link them without being totally "together"
(yeah, I know you can do this with Lego to a certain degree, but its not as
robust). This allows you to build things like arches, curved towers, etc.

They seem to be mostly architectural bricks (as the name suggests), including
windows, doors, and slopes. They also have "face" bricks. I can scan the
brochure I got if anyones interested.

They also look like it may be possible to connect them to Lego, (about the
right size), but the attendant was busy, and I didnt have any Lego with me to
try 8?)

Regards,

ROSCO
