Wow, Kudos on the history knowledge. An interesting bit of modern history
woven into that toy. As for pictures, I haven’t seen any, but supposedly
the Oxford toys that the K-mart varieties are repackaged versions of can be
seen here:

it;s a few posts down, it appears that but the jeeps set, police van, tank,
jet, police station and fire station are the currently available sets. Let us
know if you find pictures of the K-Mart stuff. The wife is buying new shoes
this weekend, so I’m going to see if I can get a stop off at K-mart out of
the deal....

One correction, the tank kit shown over on blocks was not part of the JustKidz
releases so far, it was posted in reference to another question. The K-Mart
line so far consists of 3 140 piece kits, the Jeep set, a swat van, and a fire
pumper truck, each with two minfigs, and 3 400 piece sets, the police station,
fire station, and military jet maintence set.
There are also additional releases in round cardboard drums under the cobi/best
lock label and at higher prices at TRU, topping out at a 50 dollar 1501 piece
set.
