Look at it this way, Dave: I've known about those links since before you became
curator, so if anyone's guilty of too long a delay...

Thank you for posting these links! One point I'd like to mention is that the
"comprehensive listing" is currently on my own site, but most of the original
information was compiled by Joseph Gonzales years ago, and he was kind enough to
entrust it to my care. Any errors in or omissions from the list must be assumed
to be my responsibility.
