Since we’re seeing such a great battle of rhetoric, His Majesty’s government has at last committed to the construction of a proper fortress at Brickley’s Cove. Horse Guards has been kind enough to supply guns from the Royal Newfoundland Fencible Artillery, and in the stead of a 32-gun Fifth Rate, Admiralty House has been good enough to supply new redcoats to the operation.

Construction will continue, with one half of the fortress being focused on (until more Mega Bloks Dragons sets go on clearance :-)

- Just a corner of the fortress.

- And a steady guard is being kept by Brickley’s Cove’s latest set of lobsters, just in case the better established fortresses of the Lego Naval world decide to mount preemptive expeditions!

As construction progresses, more updates will follow... including a better look at the RNFA and at these smart-looking new red fellows!

Hey, nifty in progress shots. Thanks for sharing!

So tell us about those MB Dragons baseplates, how’s the adhesion of brick to them? Are they sturdy? They seem interesting in appearance and profile and a nice potential change from the very few baseplate 3d shapes available in the LEGO line (how many different ways can the LEGO ones be printed, one wonders)
