Hop-Frog has made some good points already (and incidentally gave me a
little reminder to keep the clone-page project moving forward!) but here are
a few additional thoughts.
To my knowledge, Ritvik/MegaBloks has never issued a formal statement
regarding their views on the online posting of instruction scans a la
Brickshelf. Admittedly, I have never tried to contact them on this matter,
so they might conceivably be very supportive of it.
Here's a link worth clicking:

In essence, you can request replacement parts via the website or by calling
the toll free number 800-465-MEGA. I've never gone this route, but I
believe that Hop-Frog received a damaged product and was able to order
replacement parts.
Elsewhere (perhaps in a printed catalog) I have read that customers can
order a copy of the instructions for any set currently available in the
retail market, so if you're looking for MegaBloks instructions, you might
try going to the source. I don't know how this policy would affect
MegaBloks' tolerance of online postings, but at least it's a source for
current instructions.
Dave!
