If you mean LUGNET, then are 2 ways:
1.) Post to one of the lugnet.cad.dat.* groups and add it automatically via
the box at the bottom of the posting screen. Why this isn't for every
group, it have no idea

2.) Open up the .dat/.ldr/.mpd file you want to post in your favorite text
editor and copy and paste it into your message.
On a website you own, just add a hyperlink to it like you would any other
file you would post.
Since all the LDraw file are text based, there should be no problem posting
them anywhere.
