Ben,

Yes - it is a really great model and I expected it to make it unter the top 10
of the ISCC I. But I think because of the lack of 'story' it missed the
top-ratings in the voting process.

I had the same expectations. Actually I gave this model the highest rates
(of course not for the story, that's a shame).

The real machines like that do work alot in the area I live, but of course only
for a quite short period in the harvest time. Then you might meet such a huge
vehicle at any time around the clock on the road or in action on the fields.
They have working weeks of 168 hours for these highly expensive machines.

I could image how expensive they are. I've never seen one in real life, but
sure it's a challenge to build.

P.s.: as far as we have heard, there will be a 2nd ISCC in 'late' 2002.... I
think lots of people are already moccing at home to start in october with a
bang into the contest.

That's good news! I'm also busy with moccing. I already have a new model
(built one year ago, but not on my site). New MOCs are coming as well, but
sometimes, due to lack of time, I'm not working on it.

Dennis
