Probably your best bet would be ebay. That's where I got mine.
Unless there's someone out there willing to sell you one right here. (not me,
I'm keeping mine). :)
Just go to ebay and type 5571 in the search box. You'll find the occasional
weird ceramic thingamajig, but if there's a lego rig on the system it'll show
up that way.
