In case people missed this since it was announced to .contests only...
This may well be the most ambitious (and richest, broadest, and potentially the
funnest) contest ever staged in the LEGO world that wasn't put on by LEGO
itself (and it surely exceeds many contests that LEGO put in with their 100
dollar prizes).
I don't believe I've ever seen such an august panel of judges, either.
Hats off to René for all the hard work and effort (and expense!) he's put
into this behind the scenes. (We judges were sworn to secrecy but I think I
can safely reveal that it's been a LOT of work on his part so far)
So you really should consider entering in one or more of the categories.
Let's make this the largest fan contest ever! I am seriously planning an
entry!(Judges are not eligible to enter the theme they judge but can enter
other themes...)
Wouldn't it be cool if there was an awards ceremony and showcase at
BricksWest(tm) for those that could attend??

| Hello@all! From Monday, your creativity should run wild for the 1st International SYSTEM Creativity Contest (ISCC). In addition to the fun youll have by building, you have the chance to win one of 12 great prizes, still sealed LEGO® sets like #6086 (...) (23 years ago, 13-Oct-01, to lugnet.build.contests) !!
