Ya, I saw that too.  It surprised me, I only caught a quick glimps of it at
first.

The car was the Shell sponsered, Team Rahal, number 8 of Kenny Brack.  This is
the team that is co-owned by David Letterman.

You can see a picture of it by following these convoluted instructions.
Couldn't find a way to do a direct link.

-go to www.cart.com
-select Multimedia under the General sidebar menu
-from the calendar July 1, click on the camera icon
-just above the thumbnails switch to Saturday
-select the second tumbnail from the top in the left column. (Yellow and white
Shell car)
-Click on the main picture to enlarge it further

Now you should be able to see the Lego logo just below Kenny Brack's head.  If
you look to the rear of that there is also a Lego race car decal.

I think this is the only race that Lego has sponsered the car.  There is no
mension of Lego as a sponser on www.rahal.com

Anybody notice the ABC telecast of the Cleveland CART Grand Prix? One of the
cars (can't remember which one) had an on-board camera and when it showed a
front view, there on the right fender was the well known red square with
yellow letters of "Lego".
