I'll be interested to see the outcome. When LEGO has sued MEGABLOKS on this
point (in various nations), the courts have determined that patent law rather
than trademark law is at issue, and LEGO allowed its patent to expire in the
1970's.
What's the turnaround time for Canadian Supreme Court cases?
