I am against creating a group at this point for two reasons:
- premature
- inter consortium discussions may well want to be private... the
nuances of what sets to order, how to organise, etc may be proprietary.
Consider, if you will, that public discussion of how exactly Todd
carries out the lot sizing, pricing, and post auction fulfillment
process has never really happened, as Todd considers some of this to be
proprietary and conferring competitive advantage.
I just arrived at my hotel in MSP and I am not sure how much more I can
discuss this tonite but did want to throw that one thing out there.
