Reuters has a report that KB-toys is rumored to be delaying payments to some vendors... (URL) available on other sites that carry the Reuters Business wire. Most interesting is the last para concerning KB possibly going to private label toys. Ray (21 years ago, 19-Dec-03, to lugnet.market.theory)
