As many of you know, I offer a factoring service. It's described here:

In order to reduce error, improve operating efficiency, and make it
easier for those needing my service and for myself, I have implemented a
form that collects the information needed to initiate a factoring.
Going forward, if you wish to initiate a factoring, please use this
form:

It's set up to collect all the info needed and can be used by buyers,
sellers, current factorees or whatever.
