Zilch. There is no charge to either buyer or seller using either of them,
only limits on the amount of money you can transfer using CC's. They're set
up for individuals to use (not businesses), so I guess they're assuming
they'll be able to offset the CC charges somehow (by getting interest from
money people aren't accessing, as I understand it). They're a nice way to
do transactions--it greatly speeds up the payment and shipping process.
Hopefully they'll go international sometime; DeutscheBank is a PayPal
partner, and PayPal does (did?) make mention of international transactions
as a future possibility someplace on their site.

| It's all even better now.... PayPal and X.com are merging, forming the only free $ exchange portal I know of. And why wouldn't you use this free service before giving eBay another 4-5%? Scott (...) (25 years ago, 2-Mar-00, to lugnet.market.theory)
