(URL) what I could tell, somebody got ticked off about the inflated msrp being crossed out and replaced by the markdown prices and is suing. The proposed settlement is 30% off a $30 or more purchase Oct. 8-14th, 2003. The settlement hearing is (...) (23 years ago, 19-Aug-03, to lugnet.market.theory)
