Correct, there's been only ONE batch of blue hoppers - that was all 300 at
once. There are multiple batches of all the other stuff like 1831 Maersk
Trucks, etc. Different items in each batch.
What happened is that Busy-Bee placed their order back sometime in August - the
Blue Hoppers arrived recently so that was when people starting ordering actual
sets.
