eToys is going belly up sometime in the next 5 days according to my local news report - HOWEVER, they are listing 8735 motor sets (9v motor w/ large battery box, gears, wheels and misc. parts) for $19.99 - about half price. Not too bad a deal (...) (24 years ago, 26-Feb-01, to lugnet.market.shopping)

Well, that WAS the price around 5-6pm EST - how long it lasted I don't know. I guess they upped it to $24.99 based on heavy demand - If TOO many people want it it must be TOO cheap. eToys does seem to rollercoaster prices.....anyone remember the (...) (...) I got one for $9 in the final round of Target's clearance in January 2000. They didn't get that low this year, though (at least around here) (24 years ago, 27-Feb-01, to lugnet.market.shopping)
