I can't find the letter anymore, but I mailed ebates.com about this. Turns
out eToys pulled their click-thru rebates with eToys. They weren't thrilled
that the end user was getting the extra money directly I guess. ebates said
they were working with other online toysellers to try and get another large
site to participate with them to replace eToys. Here's hoping kbkids steps
up. ebates also suggested mailing eToys to express your displeasure :)
