They are LEGO products. Set 3552 has a motor and battery pack, a few
other technic bits, plus a cool flexible axle, MSRP $20.00, at TJ Maxx for
$10.
Set 3591 also has motor and battery pack, MSRP $30, at TJ Maxx for $20.
