I just ordered all the new bulk pieces, from customer service (I guess they
are working on Saturday's now). They are all on backorder until November 24.

I asked about the free shipping coupon that we were suppose to receive from
ordering back in the summer. She said all we had to do was ask for it and
they would document it on our account that we received it. This is only good
until the end of October.
