Sorry for the premature post. On calling CA this morning, the helpful
representative apologized for this mistake. It appears that one of the reps
was misinformed. The Statues will in fact be available next month and not at
this time.
The moral when calling Consumer Affairs: Always ask first, "Are you the all-
knowing, helpful, omnipotent representative or just one of the others?" :)
