Actually, Tom didn't find out about getting multiple uses of the coupon until
last night. I was at ZB and saw they had 17 more shuttles that came in
recently. I asked if they were going to have a sale soon and put them all on
hold and went to the movies. They called me later and told me about the 20%
off coupon, but it was only good for one day, so I told them I would be back
after the movie. I then called 411 for the number for Tom Stangl and Eric
McCarthy, the only AFOLs I could call before the movie started. By the time I
got home, it would have been too late to let others in, since they would have
been already closed.
I guess I was the main hog, I got 17. Of course, I got scooped on the last
round and only got 7 of the 32 they had in stock when they hit $56.25, which
was awesome. I was there by 11:00 am, and they had sold 25 within 2 hours of
opening. This time, I was lucky.
