I snagged about 300 Lego at a thrift store for $3.00 today. There was a
bush, red canoe, 2 vehicles, a motorcycle, and a blue android, and very
few basic bricks. The really cool part is that I check this store about
twice a week, sometimes 3, for stuff. Since I am in there all the time
the people there have gotten to recognize me. One of them actually
voluteered, without me asking, to save the Lego he finds (which would be
the lots, bags or boxes, not individual bits) for me. I thought this
was really amazing, especially since I didn't even ask him to.
Hopefully I will be getting lots of FOTWs in the coming months from
this.
