I had $362 of my $500 order cancelled. I called and
wanted to cancel all of the order as the other $138 of
stuff could easily be placed on my next order. I
explained I wanted to maximize my shipping dollar.
The representative quickly stated that when parts of
an order are cancelled, the shipping is handled
proportionally, not simply falling back to the
associated tier. My shipping on the $138 was $6.88. I
therefore kept the order and didn't attempt to cancel.
