Sorry for missing last week, I was dealing with delayed hurricane Ivan
fallout - the owner of our rental house decided to sell it while the
market was hot (before Ivan, the average selling time for a non-new
house was 12 months, now it is days/hours), so we've been scrambling to
find housing. We had to get a LOT less picky on what we were going to
buy to find something, but we did. Now we'll be busy with paperwork,
etc, so I may or may not get the Specials done over the next few weeks.
