There's a very large caveat I would add to Tuesday Morning: their discount is
not figured at MSLP, but at what some stores charge. For Lego, we are talking
mall stores that charge 10-20% (KB, FAO Schwartz) over list in the first place.
So that 33% to 83% isn't necessarily going to transalate into the numbers you
are expecting.

Then take 33% off of that $12.00 and you have a set whose price has been brought down to $8.04, almost $2.00 below retail. So (...) (25 years ago, 10-Nov-99, to lugnet.market.shopping)
