FUT: lugnet.market.shopping
I found this site today. It seems like it would be really handy for finding
sales and deals on bulk Lego. Unfortunately, they don't cover Toys yet -
but they already cover circulars from a number of Lego retailers.
Luckily, they do have a way to suggest a new category, which you can do
here:

I imagine it'd get a lot of traffic - and they seem to cover a lot of
different states already.
