Document your actions and discussions, then call your card company and
ask them to reverse the entire charge. That usually gets the merchant's
attention and they will then correct it correctly.
If your CC company won't do that, switch card companies. My primary card
is through my credit union, highly recommmended. (Hudson Valley Federal,
to be exact)

| I posted before about problems I had with ToyTime.com, and things continue to get worse, so I would definitely warn you guys about ordering from them. If you recall, my first gripe from them was that they crushed my LEGO sets down to force them to (...) (25 years ago, 3-Nov-99, to lugnet.market.shopping)
