Same basic Memorial Day sale setup confirmed at the Minneapolis Imagination
Center, though they don't have the older selection like LOM. Xtreme line is
also 30% off.
They got Clickits onto the shelf since I was there two days ago.
They have the two new SW keychains, and a couple other new designs (Orient
characters for instance) that all seem to have a second chain with a LEGO
logo tile attached. Didn't think to look if the logo is still on the back of
the figure....
Got to chatting with one of the employees too:
They expect the new Orient sets in the immediate future.
They don't expect the AT-AT until later in June (something more like the
normal release date) and indicated the US S@H availibility was a special
shipment from Europe just for the website.
A bulk-pick-a-brick type deal sounds like a sure eventuality, perhaps as
soon as September. Very cool for us still not near to CA! Interestingly, it
was mentioned part of the impetus for the spread of in-store bulk offerings
is that MegaBloks is going to be experimenting with bulk brick sales in
(selected?) WalMarts.
