Depends upon what your building interests are...
I (and most Town/Train builders) would buy as many $4.00 soccer buses as I
could afford ($0.031/piece)

If you are into Space, go with 7153 ($0.056/piece)

Best I did was $15.00 at Discovery store clearance.
Personal expereince shows that he who hesitates on sets clearanced below 50%
off comes back to find no sets :)
