"minor injuries" is a media term.  For anyone unfortunate enough to be
caught under a collapsing store roof, this was likely the worst day of their
life.  It's certain that LEGO was the last thing on their mind.

was my post-dentist refuge (I have certain sets I associate with the
taste of flouride).  Watching the news, it looks as if the Lego section is now
holding up the air conditioner. Does TRU/Lego have a 'fire sale' policy?
Probably not many undamaged sets, but the salvage from other sets (instant
Stormtrooper army) could be substantial.

If there is product that can be written off as damaged and thus covered by
insurance, perhaps it can be given to a worthwhile charitable cause.

To quote an old KFC commerical "parts
is parts."

Funny in another context, but honestly it seems a bit in poor taste given
the circumstances.

Regards,
Allan B.
