Hey All, Checked in with a few in the NW and got the news, it's a clearance, discontinued item. So the stores are trying to get rid of them. I noticed several "Not available in any stores" items at the FAO in Vegas yesterday. And yes, typical +20% markup on the pricing. WOW!!! What a deal! I just got the last three at the Clearwater, FL CompUSA for $4.88 each plus tax... CHECK ALL YOUR LOCAL CompUSA!!! It is nation-wide! They are $4.88, NOT $80 as marked! From past experience, it is usually limited to how many you can grab. If you want a lot of these, scout out your Wal-mart the day before (Wed) to find where they have put these. The toy section in the morning is awful and shopping carts are (...) (23 years ago, 20-Nov-01, to lugnet.market.shopping)

Is this for real? If so is it country wide? I'm not a big fan of the creator tubs, but if they really are $5 each then I will definately be getting a few of them as there are a few good parts in there. Anyone else noticed that the Lego Shop at Home sculptures (Minifig, Dragon, Statue of Liberty) are now available from ToysRUs.com? Not sure if they are in the shops themselves.
