  Lego at Chapters
 
Chapters Online is selling Lego in the toy section. (URL) look pretty average and selection seems to be limited, but they do ship to Canada in Canadian dollars, of course, unlike most web stores! I stopped at 2 Shell stations today. One station only had the little sets. There was a hand written sign that said $1.49, no mention of a mandatory purchase. (...) I think those were HTO (high traffic outlet- sold at different stores than noraml LEGO) sets in 1999. Yes, HTO sets are hard to find. (...) I ain't a local. Depending on what day of the week you have free, you may want to go to Legoland or you may want to go to Bluewater. or somewhere else.
