The Target at Superstion Springs in Mesa, AZ has the sets 7121 Naboo Swamp and 7128 Speeder Bikes for $7.19. I haven't noticed this at any other stores in the area, Target or otherwise. 7128 has been this way for a week or so and 7121 I noticed (...) (25 years ago, 29-Mar-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

I just called and they said that the sale starts Thursday and goes until the 22nd of April. I did not ask them about individual items though. I'll have to check for the ones you suggest.
