I heard that if LEGO couldn't guarantee a certain amount of stock level by a certain date, then Sears has to make the decision to not include them in their catalog. I should also point out that production for sets is a lot like printing - there's a lot of lead time needed to get a set production run done. So what seems obvious now in terms (...) I had $362 of my $500 order cancelled. I called and wanted to cancel all of the order as the other $138 of stuff could easily be placed on my next order. I was at the Woodfield IL LEGO store this weekend, and I saw something I'd never seen before. A Pick-A-Brick Tub! It was a Green Tub.
